Michele is Managing Broker/co-Owner of EXIT Realty Quality Solutions. Michele’s extensive real estate career spans over 20 years, including teaching, consulting and counseling more than 10 years. She is a community development consultant specializing in home ownership. Michele is a national trainer. She provides training for consumers, real estate and business professionals. Michele develops user-friendly and resourceful training materials for her students. Michele provides training live and across multiple platforms.

Michele continues to work in the real estate industry which allows her to offer “real world” experiences, relevant, current procedures and practices. She offers up to date classes on topics that will both increase agent’s business while having a positive effect on the communities they serve. Michele’s passion for education, real estate industry and community service is evident in the time and patience she shares with her students.

Sharon. Henry is the Broker/co-Owner of EXIT Realty Quality Solutions. She utilizes her local real estate knowledge, experience and education for the benefit of her clients. Sharon is dedicated to marketing, listing and selling, Short Sales and REO’s. While paying close attention to detail and meeting or exceeding her client’s goal, she has experience marketing, and selling VA foreclosures, HUD properties, Fannie Mae properties and others. Sharon has been both listing, Selling broker of the year.

​Ms. Henry shares her subject matter expertise in Short Sales, Marketing and Selling  to the classroom to empower real estate agents in building and enhancing their brand while developing a niche market.
